Absolutely incredible

We had the honour of staying in Villa Lalhal during the October half term. Where do we start!? From the ease of booking, extras offered and thought of by the owners, Tony and Nicki, the welcome pack, through to the villa itself which is an absolute GEM!! The location is outstanding, supermarket within 2 mins walk and bars and restaurants too.
Tony and Nicki have thought of everything!!
Super comfy beds, fresh bread delivered daily, a pool with Inflatables and toys for the kids to play with, towels for both the pool and the bathrooms provided and a kitchen which has everything you need and more, a games area where the kids and adults spent hours playing pool.
We had the best week and can not wait to visit again, definitely one to book up as soon as you can. Thank you so much! We really can't recommend this villa highly enough and will never look at anywhere else to stay in Kalkan than here. LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤
Thanks again Tony and Nicki, you are both superstars xx p.s. do you offer a loyalty card as we will be booking a lot!!

Above and beyond expectations

The villa had everything we needed from stunning views to comfy beds and a heated pool plus the little things in between towels being provided and tasty welcome hamper. Only a few minutes walk to the town and harbour we enjoyed amazing restaurants and the night life. Supermarkets and bars on the door step. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool the views from every balcony are amazing. This villa has so many layers with games room, bbq area and a hidden hammock plus lounge and an outside dinning area, with a large group we never felt on top of each other. Nikki and Tony have done an fantastic job of making this a place you want to return to again and again. They were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Loved this holiday was sad to leave the villa and the town. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing villa

We have had an incredible 10 days staying at Villa Lalhal. There was a large group of us, but we have plenty of space.
The villa is close to local amenities including food shops and banks.
Nikki and Tony our hosts couldn’t have done more for us, from making recommendations for places to eat, drink and watch football to booking us a hire car for the day.
We have booked for next year and cannot wait to return to this beautiful villa and the fantastic town of Kalkan.

Stunning Villa

We had the most amazing 10 days stay at Villa Lalhal, with a group of fiends. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful harbour. There is a market on a Thursday, less than a minutes walk from the Villa, where you can get some fab bargains, aswell as local fruit and veg.
The Villa itself is really spacious, and even though we were with a group of friends, there was plenty of room for everyone. There's a games room with a pool table, table tennis and table football which is all undercover.
Nikki and Tony were the most amazing hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and they helped with all of our requests from booking a car to making recommendations for restaurants, spas and local attractions to visit
10 days was definitely not enough, but we have already booked to go back next year, and cannot wait.

Incredible Visit

The villa was perfect, especially for our group of twelve. More than enough space and separate seating/lounging areas so we didn’t get on top of each other, but also big enough spaces where we can all dine and lounge together. The villa it’s self is stunning and immaculately decorated. Perfect location with all the bar/restaurants within a short walking distance as well as multiple supermarkets a stones throw away. The owners Nikki and Tony couldn’t have done more! Can’t wait to return!

Just perfect – highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful Villa Lalhal in Kalkan. The property is really spacious, so even though there were 12 us staying (two on extra, fold-out beds) it didn’t feel cramped, there was plenty of room whether we were doing things altogether or in smaller groups/individuals using different spaces.

I was really impressed with the clean, modern, high-end finish throughout and facilities included, everything has been thought of so we were really comfortable straight away, it felt like a home from home. Plus the beds are REALLY comfy - that goes for the sleeping beds and sunbeds!

The outdoor space has been really well-thought-out and we all had great fun around and in the pool, as well as using the dining and games areas. I also particularly liked the hammock area for a bit of quiet reading and the odd afternoon snooze :-) Our stay was very early in the season, so the pool being heated was a massive plus too and meant that we could really enjoy using it.

The villa is in a brilliant location, just a short walk to lots of great restaurants, bars and shops, plus the beautiful harbour area. There is a large supermarket just a few minute's walk away and a great Turkish Bath just around the corner – what more do you need?!

Our hosts Nikki and Tony were so helpful and accommodating, both in the run-up to and during our stay. Nothing was too much to ask and their local knowledge and help in advising on and/or arranging different activities really added to our overall enjoyment of the holiday.

Can’t wait to come back again – thanks very much Nikki and Tony!

Exceptional holiday

We stayed in Villa Lalhal for a week and it was absolutely perfect. We could not fault one thing about our entire experience. The villa was very spacious, clean and we made great use of the heated pool! Tony and Nikki were friendly and welcoming and all of our needs were catered for.
Kalkan is a beautiful town with very friendly people! We highly recommend Salt and Pepper for food, Bade for drinks and Karma for late night drinks and great music.
We decided to hire out quadbikes for the day and visited 2 wonderful nearby beaches; Patara and Kaputas which we highly recommend.
The Atlantis Wellness Spa provided an excellent massage for great prices also!
The transfer from the airport to the Villa was approximatly an hour and a half and all of the local resturants and bars were less than 10 minute walk into town.
We absolutely loved our holiday in Kalkan and couldn't thank Tony and Nikki enough. We cannot wait to come back next year!! ❤️

Beautiful house in a buzzing town!

We have just returned from Villa Lalhal in Kalkan and what can I say..... The villa was simply lovely as are the Hosts and owners Nikki and Tony.

A lovely and sizeable house situated only a short walk from shops, restaurants, the market and beaches.

We took Nikki and Tony's advice on restaurants, beaches and things to do which really made our week the best it could be.

The house is beautiful, it is so versatile and works for big families but can also work great as an adults only escape as all bedrooms are sizeable doubles and have either beautiful en suites or will be next to impressive sized main bathrooms.

The games area is great for all ages, we found ourselves there every night after venturing out for dinner.... just waiting for Tony to get a dart board haha

The living area is welcoming with plenty of seating, games console, speakers and a water machine.

The TV has Netflix and other platforms so if the kids need to relax at night they can be entertained.

The kitchen is a beautifully modern finish with quality appliances, there was t a single thing we didn't have throughout our week that Nikki hadn't already thought of.

The showstopper is outside, it's as good as the photos with a lovely pool, outdoor dining area, hammocks and BBQ.

We were a party of 10 and a half, and at no point did it feel too small, infact it was perfectly balanced and just right.

No issues at all, but definitely suits an active family who don't mind walking to get out and about and exploring.

Our recommendations are....

Firstly speak to Nikki and Tony, they know all the best places from shops, eating out and things to do

Go down to the harbour and get the taxi boat to Kalkhan Beach park, you may have to wait 30 mins but there are ships, bars and beaches there so can go for a wander whilst waiting.
If you have a car you can drive there in 10 mins, but the free boat is the best way.
We went to the furthest beach bar, you can easily hire paddle boards and book waterworks. Being close to the jetty makes it great for kids, and with a settled sea it's really safe for kids.

We visited the local market, this is every Thursday.
Lots of local delights and great value shoes, bags and clothes. Our advice is take GBP Sterling for best value.

Visit Saklikent, this is a good 45 min drive but you can easily hire a car for the day.
We completed the Gorge walk and went down the white water river, just beautiful and a really good day of discovery.
It's so cheap and if you purchase some plastic shoes you can throw yourself in the water and have a great time.
The cafe there is lovely, turkey style seating amongst the water with geese, chickens etc free roaming.

Eating out is a treat, and a must is Salt n Pepper.
Ibrahim is the owner, and what a nice guy as are his staff. Perfectly located just above the harbour, it is the best spot in kalkan for dinner.
Their authentic food is lovely, but also try their sushi bar as that was just amazing.

We visited the LIME restaurant and their bar next door, their hospitality was fantastic and really made our meal very pleasant.

Kalkan is a safe place, very friendly and vibrant.
We visited with mixed ages of children from 4-18 and really felt safe at all times.

We will be booking again for next year, can't wait to go back.

Amazing family friendly villa

We had an incredible time staying at Villa Lalhal. In our party were three families all with babies/toddlers. The property is kitted out with all the essentials for babies/toddlers (travel cots, high chairs etc) which meant we didn't need to stress over these items. It is a stunning, well-furnished and spacious villa with sea views, close to all essential amenities; and a short walk to a play park, supermarket, restaurants and bars. The hosts Tony and Nikki were so accommodating and ensured we had the most comfortable of stays and were always on hand if needed. Kalkan too is lovely! We will certainly be back soon.

“Perfect Villa - Great hosts”

Reviewed 2 days ago for a stay in August 2022

This is our third trip to the beautiful Villa Lalhal, we have stayed with family and groups of friends. The villa is lovingly kitted out with everything you could need, fully equipped kitchen, TV, PS4, Netflix, Wi-Fi, old school record player, bluetooth speakers, AC throughout, pool, table tennis, darts, table football, you get the picture.

Panoramic views of the mountains, sea and the stunning village of Kalkan. There is plenty of room for all the family to spread out, sofas, hanging chairs, sunbeds and a wonderful hammock area to really have a zen experience.

You are spoilt for choice in Kalkan for restaurants, beach clubs and boat trips.

Nikki and Tony are always on hand for a assistance and recommendations, even for needy guests like us!

In short, we love it and will be coming back for years to come.

“The best holiday we have had in Turkey”

Reviewed yesterday for a stay in July 2022

This villa and it's owners, Tony and Nikki, made the trip to Kalkan one of the best holidays we have had anywhere. We were guests of Jon and visited several brilliant restaurants, went on two long boat/ swimming trips wandered the amazing shops, and then returned to the superb villa to relax. The grandchildren spent ages in the pool which was immaculatly kept and clean. We used the Beach club with its complimentary boat taxi and leapt 8ft
into the warm sea from the deck . No backflips for me I am afraid!! We cannot praise this villa too highly . A great holiday.
